011.click is a community-powered awareness and intervention tool designed to encourage friends to look out for one another in situations involving potential drunk driving. The platform does not guarantee any outcome, intervention, or safety result. TP Media Group Inc. is not responsible for any action taken — or not taken — as a result of using this platform. By using 011.click, you acknowledge that no emergency services are dispatched, no legal obligations are created, and no guarantees of safety are made.

No Emergency Services

011.click is NOT a substitute for emergency services. If someone is in immediate danger, call 911. This platform does not contact law enforcement, dispatch emergency responders, or operate as a crisis intervention service. The buddy system feature is a community awareness tool only.

Phone Number Submission

By submitting a phone number through this platform, you represent and warrant that you have a good-faith belief that the person associated with that number is at risk and may benefit from intervention. You accept full responsibility for the accuracy and appropriateness of any submission. Misuse of the platform — including submitting numbers without a legitimate safety concern — is prohibited.

Directory Entries & Redirect Services

Directory entries and redirect services offered through 011.click are provided on a subscription basis at $299/month. All payments are processed through PayPal. TP Media Group Inc. does not offer refunds once a directory entry has been activated. Path availability is subject to change, and if a requested path is unavailable after payment, you will be offered the opportunity to reselect a path at no additional charge. TP Media Group Inc. reserves the right to remove any directory entry that violates our terms, is found to be illegal, or is otherwise deemed inappropriate at our sole discretion — with no refund obligation.

Intellectual Property

All content, branding, design, copy, imagery, code, and creative work on the 011.click platform — including but not limited to the 011.click name, logo, slogans, page layouts, and redirect infrastructure — is the exclusive intellectual property of TP Media Group Inc. Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, scraping, or commercial use of any part of this platform without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

Third-Party Services

011.click may reference or link to third-party services including rideshare platforms, social media pages, and external websites. TP Media Group Inc. has no control over, and accepts no responsibility for, the content, availability, privacy practices, or conduct of any third-party service. Links are provided for informational purposes only.

PayPal Payments & Disputes

Payments are processed exclusively through PayPal. TP Media Group Inc. does not store payment card information. Our no-refund policy applies to all directory entry subscriptions once activated. Users who initiate PayPal disputes or chargebacks agree that TP Media Group Inc. will contest such disputes with documentation of service delivery. Initiating a dispute does not guarantee a refund outcome.

Changes to This Disclaimer

TP Media Group Inc. reserves the right to update or modify this disclaimer at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated disclaimer. The most current version will always be available at 011.click/disclaimer.

Governing Law

This disclaimer and all matters related to 011.click shall be governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States of America, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from the use of this platform shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of St. Clair County, Michigan.
